I can hardly believe that my beautiful, sweet daughter turned SEVEN this year, July 5 to be exact! Where did the time go and how do I get it back? Every year gets harder and harder on me! Watching her grow up is such a blessing and I'm loving the little lady she's turning in to! Even though she has her moments where she really likes to test her boundaries, for the most part, she's an angel and so pleasant to be around! :) With the age seven, evidently comes more independence. She wants to make her own breakfast and pour her own drink and she even makes her own bed every morning without even being prompted! That part I'm really loving! She doesn't quite get it right but I try to refrain from going and doing it to my standards! I don't want to discourage her! This morning, it was so funny, she was out of bed before me and I guess wanted to prove that she could make her own breakfast without my help. She got two waffles from the freezer and put them on a plate and microwaved them. She couldn't quite remember what button to push so she pushed "4." Well, on our microwave, four means four minutes! Mind you, it only takes like 30-40 seconds to warm these waffles! By the time I got in there after she came and woke me up, there was a minute and 45 seconds left. When I took them out, they were hard enough to break glass! ha ha! I couldn't help but laugh. Those were her last 2 waffles! She wasn't too happy when she found that out!
Anyway, we celebrated her birthday a few days early with her friend, Arianna by going to the hobby shop on base to paint ceramics. The girls had a great time! They both painted dolphins and are absolutely adorable! Then Arianna's brother and sister and parents came over for pizza and cake! We had a great time hanging out with them. Even though Chloe only had one friend to help celebrate her birthday, I don't think she really minded. Her and Arianna are already such great friends! Here are some pictures from her fun day!

Chloe had a Wizards of Waverly Place birthday! That's currently one of her favorite shows! The cake was delish and the decorations were pink and purple. Except for a bundle of balloons. The ones that were blue, red, yellow and so forth were personalized balloons we found at Party City. They didn't match but we couldn't pass up balloons with her name on them :)
Happy birthday Chloe! We love you and are so proud of everything you do!
Love mom and dad :)
