Yep! It's official! I suck at blogging. I can never keep up! So, let's just say, even though Brandon was gone, Christmas was great! We got to talk to him twice that day and I made a delicious dinner of ham and the fixings! We probably had ham for dour days! It was ridiculous! We rang in the new year with our neighbors! Then I got a call at midnight from my love! Of course it was already New Year's Day for him, but he was so sweet to call me! New Years Eve is our dating anniversary! Our first date/started dating was December 31, 2001! It's been a wonderful ride and wouldn't do it with anyone else! I love you honey! Once Chloe went back to school, we got back into our regular routine of homework and basketball! She has been loving this basketball season! She really enjoys playing and has made some great little friends! Our goal after Christmas was to start counting down to our halfway point which was Valentine's day! It was a wonderful weekend! We went to see Justin Bieber in 3D and had shrimp pizza at our favorite restaurant, Selma's here in San Clemente! Then on Sunday, we painted pottery on base at the hobby shop! We took Chloe last summer for her birthday and she loved it! It was a great weekend celebrating being half way done with this deployment! Brandon is beyond ready to come home to his girls! :) He's doing well over there. His job he says is not stressful at all! It's a completely different story here in the states! He was constantly worried about things going on at the shop! I love that he can be over there and at least not be stressed out! It makes it easier for us, too! He should be home in May and it can't get here soon enough!
I am going to try my best to keep up with this better. One day I will post a bunch of pics from Christmas and the New year!
