Remember Me?!

I will spare you the same ol' song and dance about how it's been a long time! lol! There's quite a bit to catch you up on! Chloe's soccer season ended on Halloween. They had a great record! Can't remember now what it is, but I know they tied one game and lost two. So I think they won four or five! Not bad Coach Brandon :) He's certainly glad the season is over. Not the smartest thing to do right after hip surgery, but that's my fault. I signed him up, but had I not, Chloe wouldn't have had a coach! Trick or Treat was fun! We went with our neighbors, The Brooks. they have a now three year old, Abigale, and she was Hannah Montana! Chloe went as a witch. Very traditional, but we let her pick it out and that's what she liked. Most of the time we try and let her make her own decisions, mainly because we want her to know how to make them and make them in a timely manner! ha ha! November was a pretty boring month! Can't think of anything right off hand to tell ya about. Except of course Thanksgiving! I know it's a little late but I want to make a list of things I'm thankful for this year!

1. My wonderful husband, Brandon. If not for him, I'd be lost in this world.

2. My beautiful daughter, Chloe Elizabeth! She's the most amazing person! She's growing up way too quick!

3. My best friend, Maria! She's always been there for me when no one else would!

4. Maria's most precious blessing, Ella Grace! She's most definitely something we are all thankful for this year! She's a gift from her brother, Andrew, who is now in Heaven. We miss you, Drew! Thanks for sending us Ella!

5. The Marine Corps. And all of the military! The Marine Corps because it's Brandon's job. The military for the selfless acts they do everyday! Freedom is most definitely not free! Thank a military man/woman the next time you see them :)

6. A great school system for Chloe. She's so smart!

7. All of my nieces and nephews! I love being an aunt!


I'm thankful for so much more, but I don't have the time or space to list it all!

My birthday is coming up in a couple days! Decemeber 5 I will be 27 years old! Yikes! I don't feel sad or whatever. I still feel like I'm 19! I have a teenagers mentality! I guess that's a great thing! Don't know what's gonna happen on that day. Chloe is supposed to go to the movies on base from 10-4 (Holiday Kids Day at the Movies! yay!) so maybe Brandon has something special planned! We'll see! Gonna decorate for Christmas soon! Started wrapping presents last night. Gotta do the bestie first so I can get it mailed out. Even though Andrew is no longer with us, I always get him a little John Deere ornament! He needs ornaments, too! Chloe is very aware of what happened to him and where he is. She said Andrew is probably riding a John Deere in Heaven :) Isn't she the sweetest! Just love her! And it makes my bestie happy, too! She loves to hear Chloe talk about Andrew! Well hopefully my next update will be before Christmas! ha ha! Have a great week, everyone!
